Our Facility

Homes

Seco Villas townhouse complex was built in 1989. Homes are located at the corner of Copper Hill Drive and Seco Canyon Road in Santa Clarita, CA. Our complex consists of 156 units of two and three bedroom homes, each with a two car garage.

There are 3 types of units:

Unit A is 1040 sq ft, cathedral ceilings; 10' x 12' loft

Unit B is 1131 sq ft and is 2 + 2 1/2

Unit C is 1344 sq ft and is 3 + 2 1/2

Pool & Spa

The Pool & Spa facilities are currently closed for Health & Safety concerns. The facilities are closed to all usage and events due to Covid-19 Los Angeles County mandates.

Please know that the Board and Management are reviewing the mandates regularly. The pool and spa will be reopened at such time that we are able to comply with the full Covid-19 requirements and directives of the State and County.

If you wish to replace your current windows, the Board has approve the following retrofit window:

Color: White Vinyl

Glass: Heat controlled clear dual pane (Low E2 Suncoat Glass)

IMPORTANT -- PLEASE REMEMBER!

Architectural approval is required BEFORE ANY external building modifications can be performed. You may download an "Exterior Improvement Application" from this Forms & Vendor Information Page of this website and submit to the Board for review and approval.
